    I-Pickle uses biometric and 256 encryption to protect. I-Pickle becomes secure once your fingers are successfully enrolled.

  • 2. What operating systems does the I-Pickle work on?
    The I-Pickle currently runs on Microsoft XP and Vista operating systems, although in due time we expect that we will also be compatible with Mac.

  • 3. I do a lot of traveling and often times need to bring my laptop to have access to my files. Is the I-Pickle transportable?
    I-Pickle offer you the ability to store any files you need to including your business files. This will allow the freedom to travel without your laptop and only I-Pickle assuming you load the necessary files to your I-Pickle.

  • 4. How much storage can the I-Pickle hold?
    There are several different models ranging from 1 gig of storage to 8 gigs.

  • 5. What if my I-Pickle is lost or stolen?
    I-Pickle has a lost and found feature that you the user can fill in with contact information, including a message such as, "if you return there is a reward, please contact". If someone finds your I-Pickle and plugs it in they will have access to only the lost and found feature that contains this user information that was inputted by that user.

  • 6. Can I-Pickle employees see me data?
    No, the data is encrypted and protected by your fingerprint.

  • 7. What is the relationship between I-Pickle and Me4Sure?
    Me4Sure is the parent company of I-Pickle, whereas I-Pickle is the authorized online distributer of the consumer brand.

  • 8. Can the I-Pickle be used strictly as a storage device?
    Absolutely, and you can store any type of file you want on the device.

  • 9. Does it require a driver or any software installations?
    No. The user does not need to load any software. The device contains all the required software to operate the authentication process, making the I-Pickle and plug-in and play application.

  • 10. What is the benefit of having passwords stored and being able to access my secure sites without touching my keyboard?
    Identity theft is a growing problem worldwide. A common method for hacking username, passwords and account access information is through Spyware programs such as keystroke monitoring and recording. I-Pickle eliminates the need for the user to enter username and passwords, which minimizes the threat poses by Spyware such as keystroke monitoring.

  • 11. Is there a step by step guide to setting up the I-Pickle?
    Yes, included on the website is a user guide , but once you receive the I-Pickle and plug it in, just follow the instructions and you'll be ready to go in just minutes.

  • 12. What makes I-Pickle different from other flash drives out there?
    Unlike standard portable flash drives, the applications contained within I-Pickle allow it to function like a portable mini computer. In addition to providing the user with useful applications such as, Password Manager, No Trace Browsing, File Synchronization I-Pickle provides the user with identity theft protection. I-Pickle uses fingerprint biometrics scanning technology and built on a 256-bit AES encryption to protect all the information stored on the device.

  • 13. What safeguards exist to protect my fingerprint data?
    First, 256-bit encryption protects all the data on the device including the fingerprint data. Second, the fingerprint data resides only on the device and never leaves the device. Finally, the security process that registers the fingerprint data also prevents the fingerprint from being recreated and reused.

  • 14. What comes included with the I-Pickle?
    Along with the I-Pickle, the package includes a nylon lanyard and a USB cord for connecting the I-Pickle to the USB port on a computer.

  • 15. What Applications/Features are installed on the I-Pickle?
    The I-Pickle comes loaded with eight applications that includes Safe Login Password Manager, No Trace Browsing, Internet Favorites, Portable Outlook, My Document Synchronization, Folder Synchronization, Security Settings, Lost and Found, and it supports Multi-Lingual with 12 language.

  • 16. Is it hard to enroll?
    As easy as 1, 2, 3…. Click and highlight the finger, swipe your fingerprint 3 times and now the device is active, protected and locked with your fingerprint. You can register up to 10 fingerprints.

  • 17. How do I active my I-Pickle once enrolled?
    I-Pickle activates all the applications immediately upon completion of the enrollment of your fingerprint. You can go straight from the enrollment screen to using the applications. The next time you want to use your I-Pickle simply plug the I-Pickle into the USB port on a computer running Windows XP/Vista, swipe your enrolled finger to authenticate & activate your device for access to your I-Pickle applications.

  • 18. What is the SafeLogin application?
    SafeLogin allows you to save and store your URL links to sites you visit that require a user name and password for access. The SafeLogin application saves the URL link along with the associated Username and Password you use for accessing the site. The SafeLogin can help you protect you from Identity Theft because secures your information on the I-Pickles and eliminates the need for you store the username and passwords in places that are not secure

  • 19. How do I activate Safelogin?
    Once you login into your I-Pickle and click on the Internet Options Application button, click SafeLogin tab at the top of application. Click on the Activate Safelogin button and open up Internet Explorer. The first time you launch the Internet Browser after active SafeLogin for the first time you will need to set it up on your browser screen. Once a web page is up on your computer screen right click on the word "Tool" at the top and/or right side of your screen. You will see a drop down menu appear. Next put your cursor (mouse pointer) so that word SafeLogin is highlighted. Now left click and a check mark will appear next to the word SafeLogin. You will now see a Red Icon with a paperclip symbol and the word SafeLogin next to it on the top left hand side of your browser window. SafeLogin is now active.

  • 20. How do I save and store a URL link with username and passwords?
    Enter the URL (web address) of the site you want to visit in the web address field just like you normally do. Once the login page of the site is present type in the username and password as you normally would if you wanted to log into the site, (note: do not hit submit or enter to that site), go up to the Save Password button and click. A dialog box will appear saying password is saved. Go to you I-Pickle application under the Safelogin tab and click the button "refresh list" to pull it into the Safelogin list. Now test the site by double clicking the URL that you saved in the SafeLogin list. The application should automatically launch your browser, fill in your username and password. All you need to do is hit the login button on the site.

  • 21. How do I use Safelogin once all my URL link with username and passwords are stored?
    Simply go to your Safelogin tab once you activate your I-Pickle by swiping your finger. Double Click on that URL link that your want to go to that is saved in your list and the rest is done automatically. Internet explorer will kick off, a browser page to that site will open, and it will automatically populate the username and/or password into the fields.

  • 22. What if I lose my I-Pickle, can my Safelogin file be viewed?
    No information stored on the device can be viewed as the I-Pickle contents are 256 bit encrypted. The Safelogin uses a unique file type that only the I-Pickle can open.

  • 23. How do I save and upload my Safelogin file to a new device without having to setup each link and username/password individually again?
    Once your I-Pickle is activated you must save the existing safelogin file. To do this you must click on Start menu, click on My Computer. Then Double click on the Drive that the I-Pickle is on. You'll then see a "CarryItEasySettings" folder, Double click on that. In that folder find the "safelogin.db" file and save it to your computer in a secure place. If your device is lost or stolen, you can purchase a new I-Pickle, register yourself and then drag and drop the saved Safelogin file into that same location on the new I-Pickle by following the same steps above to get to that location. It will ask you if you want to replace the existing file, click yes. Now you can go to the Safelogin screen on the I-Pickle and click on the refresh list button in the Safelogin application and all your URL links with username and passwords will populate on the list.

  • 24. What is No Trace Browsing?
    The ability to surf the internet using the I-Pickle while leaving no trace of your history, temporary files or cookies are left behind of the sites you visited on the computer the I-Pickle is connected to when you activated No Trace Browsing.

  • 25. How do I surf the web on someone else's computer while protecting my identity?
    Because the I-Pickle has Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox loaded on the I-Pickle Device, you can plug the I-Pickle into any computer windows XP/Vista and surf the web securely from the device using the No Trace Browsing application. This process of using the browser application from the device and not the actually computer shields a users information of sites visited, temporary files loaded and cookies.

  • 26. Can I synchronize my browser favorites?
    Yes. Click on the Internet Options button on the I-Pickle, click on the Favorites Sync tab, and hit synchronize while connected to the computer you want to synchronize the favorites.

  • 28. What is Outlook Mobile?
    Outlook Mobile allows you to bring your Outlook files and folders with you. Click on the Microsoft Outlook button on your I-Pickle, select the folders you want to synchronize and click on the "Synchronize Selected" button. Your Outlook folders are now saved on your I-Pickle and ready for use on another computer running Outlook.

  • 29. How do I access my outlook files and folders on another computer?
    Plug in your I-Pickle, activate, Click on the Microsoft Outlook button, Click on the Run Backup Tab, highlight the Backup of the Outlook you wish to use and click the Run selected backup button. Outlook on that computer will open up, look for access credentials to that server that you need to input, and now Outlook will open and running with your files and folders on it on another computer. Use the same process if you use Outlook Express

  • 30. How do I sync up My Documents?
    Click on file synchronization button, click on the folders that you want to sync up and click on the synchronization

  • 31. Can I save an individual file, folder or my whole My Document at once?
    Yes, you can save an individual file, sync up a folder and/or the entire My Documents directory

  • 32. How does I-Pickle protect my files, folders, pictures, MP3s etc…?
    I-Pickle protects all your information and files with 256-bit encryption

  • 33. How do I decrypt my data stored to view?
    Click on the File Synchronization button on your I-Pickle, and then click on the Manage Encrypted Data tab. Double click on the either My Document or My Folders found in the Encrypted Files window. Then double click the sub folder that drops down in the Encrypted Files window. Select the file you want to decrypt in the file list in the right hand window. Double Click on the selected file and I-Pickle will decrypt and open the file.

  • 34. How do I encrypt my data?
    When you first sync up the files your want to store on the I-Pickle it will encrypt it all automatically. If you have a file that was decrypted and opened from the I-Pickle and you want to re-encrypt that file back into your I-Pickle simply close that file, highlight the decrypted files in the File Synchronization field on your I-Pickle and click the Encrypt Selected or Encrypt All button. As an added safe guard I-Pickle will ask if you want to encrypt any files, you decrypted and did not re-encrypt before allowing you to exit I-Pickle.

  • 35. What is Data Compression?
    Data Compression is the ability to minimize the size of the information you have stored on the I-Pickle to maximize free storage space.

  • 36. What languages does I-Pickle support?
    I-Pickle supports 12 languages including: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Danish, Polish, Romanian, and Czech

  • 37. Where can I get detailed information on how to use the I-Pickle?
